A seasoned business leader and an ace metallurgical engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology – Mumbai, Kishore has many feathers to his cap. He has managed manufacturing facilities for companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Hinoday Industries and Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd in a career span of four decades. In his last stint of over a decade, Kishore has facilitated a lock-stock-barrel migration of a 50-year-old manufacturing facility to a green field site at a location 500 km down south.
He retired as the CEO & Executive Director from Uni Abex Alloy Products Limited, a BSE listed company, in May 2021 and presently holds a board position with them. Kishore specialises in operation excellence, project management, team building and mentoring.
An eminent Metallurgical Engineer with four decades of operations experience has held leadership positions in organisations like Mahindra & Mahindra, Greaves Cotton, Ghatge Patil Industries Ltd., Neosym. He was the Director of National Center of Technical Services under the aegis of The Institute of Indian Foundrymen from 2017 – 2019.
He is actively associated with Institute of Indian Foundrymen helming its Pune chapter as Chairman. Well known and respected in Foundry industry Rajendra brings a unique combination of sound fundamentals, incisive business acumen and real world pragmatism
offering solutions to myriad challenges faced by industry in general and foundries in particular.
His gentle and studious demeanour makes him a respected operations specialist who helps various industries to setup best practices and quality management systems facilitating their quest for continual improvement and excellence in their operations.
A Gold medallist from the University of Mumbai in Production Engineering with an unique blend of academic and industrial experience spread over three decades.
Shashank was instrumental in setting up several manufacturing facilities and leading product development initiatives for transnational companies like Parker Hannifin, Schrader & Nucon. Shashank specialises in product development and supply chain management. He was the member of the strategic team for Product Localisation – Asia Pacific at Parker. He specialises in design development of hydraulics & pneumatic components. It may be mentioned that the manufacturing facility of Parker in Southern India setup by him was certified as Green Building by IGBC.
Shashank had been a visiting lecturer at different academic institutes and is an empanelled faculty at the Parker – Center of Excellence for Fluid Power.
An Industrial Marketing specialist. For nearly three decades Amit has consistently demonstrated skills in building brands, leading marketing strategies, improving business capabilities and performance across the globe. He has worked closely with leading Global Consultants, Licensors, EPC’s, OEMs, and End-users catering to diverse industrial segments which includes light & heavy machinery, SPM’s, OTR accessories, Mining & Metal processing, Power Plants, Refineries, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Decanter Centrifuge, Process plants, Railways and General Engineering in India & abroad.
He excels in building high-performing teams, developing channels and managing C-level stakeholders worldwide by offering seamless experience across various touch points.
An industry veteran with five decades of international business experience. Based out of Denmark, Erhardt has travelled from grounds up to owning his engineering enterprise which he nurtured into a successful business. He has widely travelled across the globe while scaling up his business.
After divesting his stake in the business he developed his independent practice to help clients by facilitating their Go to Market Plans for European Markets. Erhardt, brings a unique energy to all his engagements with his deep industry insights, experience in international sale and marketing of Indian products for decades in Europe and extensive network across industry segments and can-do attitude.
Erhardt as a mentor to Quadcon is their face in Europe spearheading their activity into overseas territories and acting as the interface between overseas customers and the team in India.
